Ciber’s satisfaction rate is 82%
The survey was answered by 252 employees, representing 81% of the company’s personnel. Its highest rates – reaching 96% – were related to personal perceptions such as motivational factors, job adaptation and a positive working environment.
Other points that were assessed included structure (physical environment, work tools and organization), interpersonal relationship and topics related to the company’s management, such as safety, employee communication, image, training, recognition, among others, with an emphasis on the human resources department. Based on survey results, Ciber is designing an internal action plan for 2009, taking into account data provided by the survey.
