Hamm: the new CompactLine, the successful HD 120 and HD 130 models

The new CompactLine from Hamm is just as user-friendly as ever, but now quieter and more powerful. The CompactLine is represented by the models HD 8, HD 10 and HD 12. Key features of the CompactLine include excellent visibility, low profile and ease of handling. Other reasons for the success of these compact rollers are their superb driving characteristics, high compaction force and low centre of mass. With the new, exceptionally quiet, environmentally-friendly yet powerful Kubota engines, engine power is increased in all machines with a roller drum width of more than 1 m. A throttle lever with newly-integrated intermediate indexing enables the engine speed and thus the speed of the vibration drive of the new models to be adjusted. The vibration frequency can now be adjusted using a handle. The operator platform is fully insulated against vibration, thus improving comfort levels. The operator's seat, steering column and tread plate are mechanically isolated from the framework, which significantly reduces vibration and makes working with the CompactLine even more pleasant.

On display are also the very successful HD 130 and the only real oscillation roller on the market in China, the HD O 120 V. The tandem rollers of the 12 t and 13 t class feature an ergonomic driver's seat with multifunctional control levers, in addition the driver's seat includes a rotatable and pivotable steering wheel and instrument panel. Both rollers convince through outstanding visibility to the surface and edge of the drum and surroundings. The models feature also crab steering to extend the working width. The hydrostatic all-wheel drive ensures great climbing compaction and the turbo-diesel engine produces high performance and a low noise level. On board is also a sprinkler system with two water pumps, spraying jets visible from the driver's seat.

Premiere for China: new Kleemann impact crusher MR 110 ZS

Wirtgen China launches a campaign for introducing mobile crushing and screening equipment from the renowned German manufacturer Kleemann into the market. A highlight will be the display of the brand new impact crusher MR 110 ZS in Shanghai. The new generation of Kleemann impact crushers is a class by itself in terms of capacity and availability. The new material flow concept consistently prevents narrowing of the material stream, and the system widths of the conveyor elements "open" in the material flow direction. This allows performance values to be attained that are unmatched in these size classes. For the MR 110 Z, which has a crusher inlet opening of 1.100 mm, input capacities of over 350 t/h are measured. The outstandingly economical performance is made possible by the extremely efficient direct drive. A latest-generation diesel engine transmits its power almost loss-free via a robust fluid coupling and the V-belts directly to the flywheel of the crusher. This drive concept also enables enormous versatility, as the rotor speed can be adjusted in four stages. The machines are equally well suited to use in quarries and in recycling, where the input material is often highly inhomogeneous, particularly for difficult processing of construction waste.

The new mobile impact crusher from Kleemann: in order to manage the greater overall performance, the surface of the screening units has been significantly enlarged by over 44 % for the MR 110 ZS.
