PROMAC – Ciber-Assisted Maintenance Program

When purchasing Ciber equipment, the customer can opt for the maintenance program offered by the factory, which is called PROMAC. It covers all the routine checkups on the equipment up to 2,000 hours of work.

With PROMAC the customer has the guarantee that his equipment is being monitored by specialized people and that all the procedures and inputs necessary for the checkups are supplied by the manufacturer. PROMAC is available for Ciber equipment of the Hamm Line.
